    30-06s seem to shoot well.
    Years ago I loaded for 3 or 4 of us using 30-06s.
    Rational was to save money and all used the same load, so on a trip all carried the same load but not packets.
    I used 52 grs WIN 760 and 168 Nosler Ballistic Tip.
    A mate later had a Husqvarna possibly a 1640 and it shot fairly well with this load too.
    Pretty much all bush hunting but the odd rabbit got whacked at 200m or so when practicing for real.
