Ive always wondered about the worm thing. Is it Trichinosis?

Pretty much every animal out there has the risk of intestinal worms and we all eat them. Yet have heard often the Aussies dont eat the pigs as full of worms.
    Unsophisticated... AF!

That's cool Barry. My girl is about to turn 9. She's taken quite a few nannies and Billies. 2 fallow and 1 sika. She loves it.
She still has a lot of empathy and I make sure to enforce respect for the animal. Not sitting on it and things like that. She's welcome to check out body parts and look at things as it inspires interest in biology.

I was thinking of doing a post in the off topic section about rasing a kid to love hunting. I dare say there are quite a few hunters on her living vicariously through their children's exploits.Name: IMG_20250426_095551.jpg

That's awesome. We're still looking to move down and alot of that is how disappointing the schooling is near us. My daughter was told the other day that they do ye rep for the day as its more important than maths. Maybe it is up here.
Just don't want to sell our house before we move which is making it a bit tricky. When you're used to driving 7h hours for reasonable hunting, Canterbury seems like a dream. My girl is fascinated by the wallabirs close to Fairlie. She's judging the towns we could live in by their proximity to hunting lol.
