I think you will find this is a relatively well known problem with110's. I had it in my 110 in 338LM, had the chamber polished, problem went away. It stems from the poor machining finish which doesn't tolerate any build up/fouling whatsoever.
Take it to your local gunsmith for a look, or have a close look yourself with a decent light on it, if you can see circular machining marks it's most likely the problem. Chamber polish shouldn't cost that much, I think mine was $60 or thereabouts :)
