    WHEN and ONLY when you have mastered the rifle and are acchieving groups of half inch CONSISTANTLY then start to think about shooting past 500 yards...
    honest inch will get you out that far IN IDEAL CONDITIONS WITH ALL DUCKS IN ROW .......anything less and you may as well start pissing in the wind.
    get the basics sorted .you need to walk before you run.
