In general you get what you pay for. But not always
I've got a Sun Optics 15MOA rail on my rifle, it cost $28 from memory from my local gun store...and it's great. A rail is a rail, can't see it doing anything different compared to a Nightforce?
Now rings, these are a slightly different story as you're asking a lot out of rings to clamp a scope securely to a high recoil rifle. So my advice is save some money on the rail and put that saving into good rings.
Now just to contradict myself one more time...I also used Sun Optics rings $18??? as that's all the shop had in the right size the day I was there...and for what it's worth, about 250 shots later on a 7mmwsm nothing has moved, everything is as it should be. So I guess provided the principle design of the rings are good and you lap them I can't see any issues.
