Thread: Place to shoot in BOP?

I’m looking for a place to shoot at least 100m as I’m needing to re zero and collect some DOPE at different ranges if possible. I was at the Tect Park range near Tauranga to find ammo the new rifle likes and now that that is done, I need to zero for hunting and would like to collect some data.

Anyone got a farm, or know of a place to shoot?I don’t want to wait until the end of feb for the next range day, I’d like to be hunting before then. DOC land seems sketchy as it’s used by a variety of people. Thoughts anyone?

Got a place in north Canterbury less than two hours away.... I can see your point but some of us have no choice, I do make sure that it is an area with no one else and not during the 'golden hours'

Yeah deep south be different, too many people up here

@Soulosurfer can you do week days at short notice? I have a place that can do 200 at a pinch. If so PM me with some contact details..... might be able to go next week

When I come across some camp sites on DOC land you would swear it was a rifle range. Everything lying around is ventilated.
