Thread: Playing with the Mauser 107 22LR

Been playing with my Mauser Mod 107 22LR recently. I am setting it up for the hunter class at 22LR Jungle Lane event in April (HOME » Jungle Lane). I am hoping to compete at this event in both the hunter and open classes if i am not coaching one day. If they don't let me shoot both classes i will shoot in open class with my sako quad varmint.

I have had my mauser 107 (previously made by Voere) for more than 20 years (stock was shortened then lengthened as i got older). It shoots very well though - i replaced the scope on it with a bushnell with a SFP mildot reticle. At 200m i have to use the 4th mildot down with the scope at 4.1x power. Shot two sub MOA groups at 200m like this.
