    Proud stoked father

Got my little 5yo boy with me to my shooting spot so I could confirm some of my improved rounds. Of course I have my .22 with me so I could enjoy some rounds with him too.
So, after few rounds with "my rifle" is his time to play, I set up the cardboard box with a double printed target and here we go. I help him to "setup" and I try to "point" the rifle in the target direction as I thought it was out for a "long" way. To my surprise he put 3 of 5 rounds in the paper, one just about a inch from the "bulls eye".
After I fire anothe few shots with my rifle i decide it was enough to me so I prepare everything again for the young fella. This time I let him to sort himself behind the rifle(with just a little pull forward to improve his eye relieve), then, here we go, always reminding him about the finger in the trigger only after he is ready to shoot. This time I put the little spinning plate target so we could hear the "ding". First shot, "ding", second, third and all 5 shots hitting the 4" little plate.
I was stoked, the little fella shot better than his father. Lol.
I know many of you guys has been thru it and I now can tell you too, it is so rewarding to know him and his sister are doing so well.
All the best to you all and let's keep the young fellas doing good and learning all the great things we do in the right way.
    Have a great weekend!
