Try Mike Collings in Whakatane. His dad used to also supply and fit Kreiger barrels.
MC is off to USA for Palma so probably not for some weeks, but worth a shout.

+1 for Dean Maisey. When I was looking to build my last custom rifle I visited Dean. This gave me the opportunity to meet the guy himself, look at his shop (immaculate and extremely well equipped) and look at some of his work. The decision then to go with Dean was too easy. Sure there are many others around (an some not too crash hot as well) who are only a courier away but I preferred to be able to do the personal thing which included dropping off all my bits and discussing and agreeing what it was that I wanted to achieve, and then collecting the finished product. I too live about 2 1/2 hrs drive from Dean. I have also used Scott Traill for a trigger job (EM332 superb result) in which case I did't need to visit his shop and sent the job via courier. Scott too has a very good rep.
TruFlite - give Grant a call and talk thru what you want.
Thanks guys
