Shooting Range Whakatane Area

Heya team. I've tried the phone number listed for the Awakeri range a few times but no luck. Anyone know if they're still going? Just relocated back to the area and hoping to get some trigger time without needing to drive for hours. Any options would be helpful.

Don't know anything about the Awakeri range but best to contact the Te Puke Rifle Club. They are very accommodating to hunter class shooters.
