Done :-)

Drilled 2 x small holes into a standard mount and the peak of the hat. Zip tie through the hat and base, tighten. Mount now very solid. I use the adjustable Heimlock angle mount

so I can adjust the angle quickly, and save the low boy mount to use on a suction mount and mini tripod.
