    If all else fails do a tig run the length of the choke,cools down comes out finger tight.
    Real guns start with the number 3 or bigger and make two holes, one in and one out

    that is an idea. just a quick run with the torch or with filler wire?
    I wouldn't do it, my tig skills are ok but i may just go a bit far and weld it to the thread but I've used that principle many times on bigger sleeves/bushes
