jw15? they are normally an ok rifle mate did you buy it new if so id take it back and say its not extracting they should have to fix it under customer grantees act
it should be fit for purpose which means it should work how it should ie cases shouldn't stick

you could get a new extracter you might find your one is a little lose I had that on a cz was not extracting cases with some ammo as yours is not I got a new one and that fixed the issue
