    I dunno, you'd think the same thing about using a bipod on a hard surface and having jump from the bipod. That has a definite effect on grouping though, vertical stringing over 3, 4 or more inches where with the bipod on a soft pad it's back to a round group. You'd think the bullet would be fuc*offski long before the jump from a bipod would start to have an effect but there we are...
