does anyone know if anyone in nz imports these exploding targets,they look like a bit of good fun

Easy enough to source ingredients and make if you know what the base and catalysis is ..... I'd tell ya but i'm afraid you'd kill ya self or worse.

Yeah sure you can import them if you jump through enough hoops( cough money) then to use them you will need to be an Approved Handler with a CSL and do your paper work as they are a binary explosive

The ingredients to make exploding targets is readily available. It's a pretty insensitive compound so the only way you'd blow yourself up is if you are stupid with it. It's more of a pyrotechnic than an explosive

Sadly there seems to be a never ending supply of stupid and really stupid people in NZ these days.
