    The ingredients to make exploding targets is readily available. It's a pretty insensitive compound so the only way you'd blow yourself up is if you are stupid with it. It's more of a pyrotechnic than an explosive

    Sadly there seems to be a never ending supply of stupid and really stupid people in NZ these days.
