    No if you are walking in, like I do, you still have to raise the flag! Of course if the flags down there will be know one one the range and you can relax totally cause you'll be safe when you enter! Yeah Right WTF just making us dumber and dumber! Remember first and fore most it is a range and there could be LIVE firing! Enjoy this great asset and be careful
