Time for a new recoil pad

Morning everyone. Many years ago when I bought my Sako 75 Finnlight, and after my first trip to the range with it, I quickly decided it needed a decent recoil pad. So on went an R3 which has done well. But over the years it has become quite sticky and collected quite a selection of twigs and grass. Time for a new one! My rifle is prone to excessive muzzle jump under recoil. Does anyone know of a pad that may help with the vertical movement? Limbsaver advertise that their's incorporate anti muzzle jump technology, anyone had first hand experience? Or other tips?

In my experience, saying please results in better responses to requests.

I appreciate you are new to the forum, but manners are universal.

Hi Dazzh Limbsaver are as good as any out there and readily available. Go for it.

Ignore Ross, must of got up on the wrong side of the bed. How dare you ask a polite and simple question without saying please afterwards... Lol

Thanks for that Maros. I don't think Ross has a bed, in fact I don't think he even sleeps. Do humour sucking vampires sleep???

Makros, do you have a limbsaver on a rifle? If so do you notice a difference in muzzle jump? assuming that was a problem.

You've forgotten...'Please' once again. Perhaps you are a tad impolite.

Maybe just a tad. I blame my parents. Thank goodness neither of them are on here! This place would go to pieces.

A section of Cavallino tyre also does as a ‘pad’ but is piss poor at soaking up the kick.

I've suggested a jandal, and if Dazz doesn't stop being nasty I'm going to wander out into the workshop and ask how he is finding the time to be posting on the interwebs.
