Thread: Time for a new recoil pad

I made some changes to a rifle a while ago and fitted a new stock with a limbsaver, and a different suppressor. The result was a significant reduction in recoil. But with three different variables it’s hard to know how much of a role the limbsaver played. My gut feeling is that 50% of the recoil reduction can be attributed to the limbsaver and 50% to the stock. I doubt that switching from a gunworks to a dpt had any real effect on recoil (the GW should arguably be better as it’s heavier)
