No. As far as I know they're not paying for anything other than the rifle and certain accessories.

I have a small bit of ammo that is unusable in anything other than an m1 carbine.

Others have posted how they have at least 1000 bucks per rifle of things that can't be used for anything else but will just be mementos from the good old days.
