Good to see your getting amongst it all too ..... Don't sweat about not getting a deer yet, everyone experiences this when they start out.

Keep trying and more importantly keep learning every time you go out .... Next thing you know you will be getting deer on a regular basis.

Have a think about joining up with a Hunting Club like the NZDA.

NZDA Auckland Branch

You will meet lots of like minded individuals who will be happy to help you along with your hunting career.

They also run Hunts courses where you can learn bush craft & survival skills while learning to hunt in a safer environment.

Auckland NZDA also has a range facility you could use, which will be handy for you.

And don't forget to let us know how your getting on.
