Hi all, Mike from Wellington.
Just bought a Ruger 10/22 for bunny busting on my lifestyle block. Although I did a bit a shooting through air cadets when I was younger I have touched a rifle for at least 20 or so years. Time to change that! :thumbsup:

Depending on the size of your block, you may have to be very aware of how far a .22 can actually shoot.
I shoot on our block and a couple of the neighbors blocks, and have areas and directions that cannot be shot due to roads, stock, houses etc.
I have a 25m range set up with a large mound of dirt as a backstop, so can pop out for a shoot whenever I feel the need. The wife also pops out for a shoot which is always a bonus. One of the joys of a LSB.
