Firstly get some ear plugs secondly get some muffs.
go to your range
Wear both at the same time.
Dry fire(pull trigger on empty chamber) many times to be sure you are not flinching.
While doing that pull rifle into shoulder.
Commence live fire lean into rifle and or pull butt into shoulder.

with hearing protection on and leaning into it I bet you think "what the Fuck was i flinching for"

noise not recoil is the major cause of flinches.
