Thread: Another Taranaki Memeber

Hi everyone

My names Leigh and I currently a Junior Draughtsman and part time student.

Had my FAL for a few years now. mostly went possum hunting with friends once or twice a year and occasionally center fires when I was a cadet. lately been getting into goat hunting and been going out every couple of weekends.
Having not fired many center fires I still get a fright and flinch at the shot sometimes hence the name flincher. Got a parker hale 243 with an 18inch barrel that I have done a bit of target shooting with and my shooting is getting much better.
270s and 308s I find a bit too much for me.

Been going goat hunting a lot lately still trying to work on calming my self down and my breathing to make my shot placement better. Was surprised how tasty goat is if its cooked properly.

Lots of info here about almost everything. and just going to start reloading soon too.
