Came back to NZ a couple years ago after being away for about 30 years. Have traded in suit and tie for a small farm in Ōhau (Levin). My partner and I are working toward becoming self sustainable, so bush harvesting and filling the freezer is a high priority. I’m new to hunting, but not to the bush and have fond memories of a childhood being wet and cold in the Tararuas.
Recently joined the Horowhenua Hunting Club and looking forward to my first roar, lockdown permitting!
