First time posting, long time lurking

Always enjoyed reading the forum and found a lot of useful info on here. Thought it was about time I got involved.

Grew up on a farm in Matamata, stuck working up in Auckland. Started off possum shooting and pig hunting with an uncle about 10years ago. Spend most of my weekends fishing or heading for the bush chasing deer. Always keen to check out new spots but spend most of my time in Te urewera, Kaimais and Kaimanawas. Currently shooting a .270 but looking at getting a short suppressed 308 for the tighter stuff. Have a 4 year old GSP who keeps me company on solo missions, she's good on ducks but needs more work indicating deer.

Cheers and looking forward to being part of the banter

    Welcome Neville.
