    Fresh from chch

Hey folks, i'm currently based in chch, fairly proactive at getting outdoors walking with the rifle seeing whats about and learning the land. Id definitely class myself more as a meat hunter if I found the trophy id take it but im here to learn more than anything.

I've got some good G4 G5 whitewater / river experience and already had a few heli and raft trips, some good west coast heli contacts too.

    Currently firing a tika t3x .270 and a .22

Regular visitor at the gun loaders club out mcleans, still need to get my membership sorted out their!

It would be good to get out with / meet some experienced hunters certainly to expand my network, but i reckon theirs nothing like getting out their with people that are on your same experience and learning real lessons for yourselves.

keen for chamois tahr and deer and the odd goat for curries

P.S the missus makes a mean as Goat Curry

Welcome mate. Do you generally hunt Saturday and Sunday or do you have a job which allows you to hunt during the week?
