    G’day from Aus.

G’day guys, my name’s Rhys and I’m from NSW, Australia. I collect Ammunition and Ammunition Packaging, especially military and .22 packaging.

The reason I’ve joined this forum is to try and track down some (empty) old Kilwel brand .22LR packets as well as any other uniquely NZ brands (if any) that someone might be able to send to me for my collection. I’m happy to pay postage of course or if you’re a collector too I can offer Australian packets in exchange.

Some backstory on Kilwel Ammunition. It was made in Australia by Olin (Winchester Factory at 65 Hays Road, Geelong, Victoria) sometime from the 70s to the 90s from what I can tell. There are two lines of ammunition (Whisper and Cobra) with several packet variations of each.

I’m also after CAC military and commercial packets.

Feel free to comment here what you’ve got and what you want in trade or send me a DM.

    Cheers.

Welcome aboard. There will likely be a few on here that could help in your search. @Ranger 888 may be one of them.

What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
