    G'day all

    Hi everyone,

    Casper from Otago here.

    Keen on hunting but these days I seem to end up spending most of my time shooting down emails instead of meat.
    Recently moved from the Manawatu, and on my two or so outings so far have certainly found the environment down here very different (and much more to my liking).

    I'm pretty keen to get into the Alpine hunting thing, the dream would be to knock down a nice bull tahr trophy and gift it to work...one day maybe.

    Looking forward to reading some more of the fantastic yarns on here, and catching you around the traps

    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
    Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
    Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
    Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
    Rule 5: Check your firing zone
    Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
    Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms
