    G'day Fellas

    Hi All,

New to this forum after migrating from the other, which seems to be withering on the vine. I'm a Pom and have been here for three years now after living and working in the US for three years before that. I hunted very extensively for 15 years in the UK for reds, fallow, muntjac and roe deer, and whitetail in the US. Had some great trips here and have met some superb hunting mates. Tipped over a few reds, tahr and chamois in some incredible places. I'm running .300 Win Mag, 7 Rem Mag and .284 Win rifles, but my rifles have regular sex changes, so the safe is likely to evolve.

I'm looking forward to learning from the wealth of knowledge on this forum and hope to meet more great hunting blokes.

    Cheers

    Thanks all - very kind.

Shearer - we will when you have your house warming, or pop in for a brew on the way to town.

Gidday, glad you decided to join. Great choice of broomsticks, you’ll fit in well. Just don’t get a sex change & go 270

Bloody G’day. There are a bunch of active members down your way. Some hunt, some fish, some do both and one waddles with his wings held at right angles to his beak. Welcome aboard. @Pengy invite this man to your mid winter get together so he can meet the team at the top of the South.

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

    I would really like that.

Already good mates with Shearer, and would be good to meet Pengy and others. I’m just getting back into action after a long lay off due to wrist surgery. All good now.

    Cheers

Don’t worry, my rifles have sex changes, but only for the better, so no chance of a .270
