Rushy, your Rule No. 4 clearly stands out regarding Sako75's reference to possums, as per the following account - whilst out spotlighting on a mate's farm I had no sooner cleanly dispatched a fox with his old Winchester 22-250 when I spotted what we all thought to be a mongrel feral cat off in the distance near the base of some gum trees. Upon inspection we were somewhat dismayed to note that it was a brush-tailed possum.
I assume that, because wallabies and possums are introduced species, they're pretty much on the open shooting menu in NZ !? In contrast, here in NSW you need to be licensed and issued with a set number of tags for culling specified roo species, by the Office of Environment & Heritage
Welcome mate, yes, as mentioned, you are welcome to liquidate many of your OZ exports to our shores... ie possums, wallabies, magpies and silver crested cuckatoos. All are pests and need to be safely disposed of.
