    Gidday everyone

    Hi everyone

I'm Peter from Westport, currently studying at Lincoln University.

Reasonably new to hunting, mates have got me into it over the last year and a half or so and I've loved it.

Currently have two Tikka T3 rifles in .223 and .300 WSM. Getting into a bit of reloading which has been really interesting, hoping to get some good results. Keen on getting out and shooting deer, chamois and tahr, have had varying success so far.

    Cheers!

    Welcome
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

Hi, (though I've still never introduced myself!!) looks like you've got most game covered with those two calibers, tip for reloading; if you've found a great factory round, try to duplicate it with as near-as-possible components, even if its jumping large distances to the lands.. My .222 reloads were rubbish until I copied PPU and its shorter OAL

Cheers for the advice! Fingers crossed I can get it shooting well with the load the previous owner gave me.
