    Gidday Team

    Heya Team!
Seen a few posts on this site so thought bugger it I'll start
An account and see what it's all about.
Bit of background.. from dorkland. Am an electrician just started my own buisness just before covid (perfect timing)
Most of my family live in wanganui. Which is where I do most of my hunting. Have knocked over a few public land fallow down that way but am getting over the drive!
Have hit tongariro and mt urchin a couple of times. Wicked country with no success. Need to get to know the land a bit better before I start filling the freezer I know.
I shoot a tikka t3 270 leupold 4.5-14x50 have a sig bdx 1400 range finder for the longer shots. Not comfortable on taking shots on anything past 400 not that I would with a 270 for starters. Putting in for the fiordland ballot for the first time this year with my uncle that's been a couple of times so he can show me the ropes.
Not a hundy on what else to say other than I'm keen to learn and pass on what I know so yeah love ya and leave ya!
    Thanks!

    Welcome along.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
