    Gun People Central Otago?

Hi there, my name is Lance and I am a 27yo Hunting and shooting enthusiast, new to the Central Otago area and this Forum. Looking to get in touch with like minded gun people. I am interested in both building and shooting all guns and a new interest in the AR as a varmint rig here in rabbit paridise. I have a solid knowledge base of all things guns, with a major in military types and I am always keen to learn. Any one from around Central looking to meet new gunners I'm keen. Thanks

Gidday Lance, I'm down the road a bit near Gore but get up to Central a bit. I really don't want to see an AR in action on rabbits though, been resisting the urge to get one & don't think that would help...

Hi there, small world mate I just moved here from good old Gore. Iv been out twice with my 10/22 and had a bit of luck but the blighters tend to mob up in lots of 50 to 100 in the open country around 150m to beyond out. Suppressed AR is my only available solution and you don't have to go look at the results, remembering they are a pest of course. Definitely get an AR mate they are great.

Nothing against using something like an AR for rabbit shooting mate

Just don't need to see it to confirm what I'm missing out on!

Welome to the forum Lance. There are a number of good southerners on here
