You're lucky to be headed to NZ, some of the best hunting and most stunning landscapes in the world! What are you planning on doing during your DIY hunt?

Welcome Cody. It is a great state that you live in. No need for you to go to our South Island, you have that same scenery at home.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

    Hi,

Spent some time up in Durango a few years back, better people than the average steriotypical yank!, you should make some usefull contacts on here to get sorted for when you kick off, don't forget to work on the fitness if you are planning on alpine hunting though!

I would have thought that anyone from that altitude would be like superman down here.

Thanks to all! You guys are great already!

Yes the mountains here are stunning as well! I have been to the South Island once before, a few years ago. It was great but now I want to hunt it.

Durango is not to far from where I live, but between us is a ton of 14,000 feet mountains, so I get ton of fitness training all the time!

I hope to go after chamois, tahr, and reds. And if a I find a goat or two great!

We are looking at the whataroa river area in march next year. Any thoughts?

And no I don't make stocks so we're good!
