Welcome aboard Tasman, love yr vids and committry.
Welcome aboard
Welcome mate , love the Mahi on those videos
Welcome along Tasman
It was you videos that inspired me to get back out and into hunting again after a 25 year break with no FAL.
You content and delivery are second to none and you pair it with being so down to earth and respectful.
Keep up the content
I'll take a M tee with maybe "A classic late start"
PS I run an ad blocker so you might not see revenue from my views, I'm more than happy to support content creators in other means like murch, or if you wanted to PM me a postal address/po box I'd be happy to send you something for you efforts
The incremental development of the English language is such a fascinating thing @NZBeeMan Without my being critical or disrespectful, in these two sentences I recognise that you have used the language I have spoken and have communicated with in it’s written form my entire life but this old baby boomer has no idea what you are talking about (hastily acknowledging that it was not directed at me so therefore I do not need to understand it). I find that simply intriguing. Please don’t try to explain, I am content not knowing. I am sure that even younger people could carry out entire conversations in front of me in modern English that would sound to me like encrypted code. Fascinating really.
I'm sure that you could de-code it given the context.
@Rushy, you aren't that much older than I am (I may not have said that 20 years ago, how time changes your perspective). I guess growing up with computing and associated tech does cause a language shift; I struggle with the language of 'the youth of today', probably almost as much as a boomer
Hi Tasman, big fan of your content, style and adventures. Welcome aboard as it's already been said.

Great butchery video. Couple of pillow cases to drop meat into as you butcher, then into plastic after your done might help. Also a tiny steel that fits back into own handle, also used to sharpen fish hooks.costs very little, similar size n weight as your Swiss army knife would keep knife sharp, you did awesome job of meat recovery, full honour given to animal.
Welcome Tasman, yeah good butchery vid. keep it up.
Welcome to the forum Tasman, great videos mate! Definitely inspiring
Welcome to the forum, seems we have a celebrity in our midst if the 4 pages of welcome are anything to go by :XD:
I guess I had better go find these videos now :)
Welcome Tasman. I look forward to watching your videos more than any other hunting videos. No fancy equipment or sponsored driven promoting. Your fitness and grit is outstanding. I also love your culinary skills you include in your videos. Keep doing what you are doing.
ps. I've never seen so many likes in one post on here but they are rightfully deserved for a reason.
I'm just going to echo everyones elses comments. You do some very cool trips and videos. Keep up the good work.
Like the way you use gear that us normal people can afford. Fixing a stove with what you have, thats Kiwi No8 wire stuff. Get miffed at some other vids where the gear is meg bucks, you are so Real -----not advertising or pushing products.
? Think your rifle is a Tikka wooden stock, do you reload & what calibre?
Yep. Made the stock himself. I think cal is 270win. He may have mentioned it in one of his videos.
Yes .270winchester,now feeding it Barnes 130grn ttsx. Not sure if Dad is still reloading them for him or not. The episode is online of him making the stock himself at home..very skilled young man.
Thanks NZBeeMan! I'm honoured, big part of the reason I make the videos is to inspire others so that's awesome to hear! Classic late start tee is a great idea, did a 7.30pm fishing one on Sunday 😂
Cheers for the offer of support mate! Reckon I'll do a yt member thing or patreon one day, when I've got enough extra content to make it worth it!
Love the videos man! My bro in law has a similar wee rubber ducky here at the house we get out on the lake. Just started the full deer butchery video which is going to be really helpful! I've not done the tidiest job on the few deer I have got. Cheers!
Hey Tasman, thanks for all the effort on your videos. I do sometimes ponder how much you carry in that backpack of yours as I shave my bamboo toothbrush to save weight. Keep it up!
Welcome Tasman. I, the wife and kids all love your channel. Good clean fun, and always interesting. You're a great advertiser to the world of the beauty of the South Island. And I've told lots of people about you and that mincer!

My friends love watching your channel! They showed me some of your videos as I'm visiting NZ, and they inspired me to go further out into the wilderness here
