    Hey there from ChCh

Hi, my names Hayden, just in the process of getting my gun licence sorted so am hoping to get out and about hunting soon. The gun im looking out after a bit of advice from mates and people in the shops is a Tikka T3 Lite .223, after a bit of research on the net they seem to be a pritty nice gun. I have a bit of access to a couple of high country staitions through my work and family so cant wait to get out there.

good on ya dude.... good to see another young person getting started. you will learn more, meet good people, get fit, and supply the family with organic meat. way better than fast cars, booze and drugs. we are very spoilt here in nz as far as hunting goes, most people just dont know it. ask our ozzie mates. be safe.

Congratulations Hayden. Take your time selecting the right rifle for you. See if you can use a few different calibres before you settle on what you like. Of course that isn't a problem if you buy one in every calibre.
