Hi all

Hey everyone, I have recently inherited my grandad's rifles. He was a dedicated hunter, and I'm on a journey to shoot my first deer with his rifle and his old reloads, keeping his hunting spirit alive. Excited to share this experience and learn from fellow hunters on this forum.

I've learn the rifle and spent some time at the range so I'm comfortable with what I'm doing, I've also joined the auckland deerstalkers to help kick start me on journey.

Just at the stage now of looking through the nztopo app and reading threads to find a good public spot for a walk around.
