I live in Te Puke BOP. Where abouts in the BOP are you? Have shot a couple of deer but on farmland, Just need to find more time during the week to get out an about! Trying to find Fallow around here is the first goal

Yeah have heard stories about some nutters at road ends an farmers being not so friendly! oh will keep trying! Good to finally find a fellow hunter close to home, hopefully will be in touch?
Welcome Bullet, te puke fallow good luck finding a farmer to let you in. there is still a bit of public access to the otawa reserve. might be going for a walk through there in a few weeks time see whats hiding. have a look around no 2 road also try some of the farmers at the top end of te matai road.

I have a couple of mates up no2 rd and no 3 rd on lifestyle blocks (who dont hunt) and some of the storys the tell are hair raising... Hunters cars with bullet holes in them and hunters being shot at even tho ther are on the DOC side of the fence. jus be carefull up there and make sure you have permesion if your near private property.
