    Hi everyone

Hey guys and gals. I thought I better introduce myself since I spend a bit of time here lurking.
I’m Rick and I live in the Nelson region. Married with two kids. I work in the transport/logging industry.
I’ve been hunting for ten years or so so not new to the hunting scene. I hunt at least once a week sometimes twice. Currently hunt river flats and clearings although I’m getting a bit bored of that. I’ve set a goal to get a deer Bush stalking, came pretty close to achieving that goal last hunt with 3 deer seen but no clear shot. I’m keen to get to know likeminded people in the area as I thing hunting in pairs is more enjoyable.

Haha nice. Good to have someone else keen on a bit of bush stalking. I’m a newbie at it but it is such a great feeling to be stalking through the bush

It sure is a great feeling. Last time I went out I found a wallow that I can shoot down onto and another 100 meters later I found a stag and two spikers. Hopefully next time I will have photos and a story to post on here

    Bloody gidday.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
