    Hi from the Naki

Hi everyone I am from Taranaki. 17 years of age have a passion for hunting, have a fascination and love for older rifles. Wish I had more opportunities to go hunting just struggling to find local spots that haven’t been hunted to extinction. Have been recently studying the forum as I am on the lookout for a Ruger m77 skeleton stock therefore I created an account as I thought this would probably be my best bet at finding one. Cheers

Ok. I was born in Hawera and used to hunt goats where the Patea dam now is. That was a while ago now though.

Oh cool i’m originally from Tariki. Trying to bag my first deer but there’s bugger all good local spots and doc land is way too overhunted. Lots of deer around patea area just most are on private land

Lots of good hunting not much further south.

Still heaps of goats around.. I don't know any place that has been hunted to extinction yet.

Welcome aboard young fella im in NP, your local Taranaki NZDA branch has teamed up with our North Taranaki branch to set up a new to be certified rifle range as well if thats your thing.
One of the members offers fallow hunts and he uses a Ruger like you are after.
    Can't see him selling it.
