    Hi there

    Hi guys,
I知 new to the forum and just wanted to say hi.
I知 a 31yo german expat living in Wellington. I enjoy hiking and hunting as well as free diving and food gathering in general. Just starting to get my head around target shooting.
I love and appreciate the freedom and the Kiwi way of life and am looking forward to get and share some tips and tricks.
    Cheers,
    Pete

Welcome Pete, good to have you here.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

    Welcome Pete.

What kind of target shooting do you have in mind? There's quite a few different types to choose from.

Hi Peter, wilkommen to NZ Jagd & Scheissen forum (-: sorry, Schiessen. NZ is a great country, even the Wildschweine are not as big, aggressive and dangerous as those in Europe.

    Thanks guys!
I知 quite impressed how traditional pig hunting in MZ looks like. Bit different than in Europe, thats for sure. Keen to try it one day.
