    Howdy all

    Howdy all,

Finally got my license (almost two bloody years) so I decided it's time to make an account and stop lurking around here :)
Managed to find myself an old toz 17 at the local hunting and fishing for $250 so not too bad and hopefully ill get on top of the possums hanging around soon enough.

any tips for improving aim other than rifle time?
only using irons at the moment but was considering picking up a cheapish scope so any recommendations?

Welcome aboard. Practice, practice and practice some more to improve your aim. Any cheap as fixed 4 power scope will be more than efficient for what you are planning on using the rifle for.

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms
