Hi if you read this post,

I’m based on the Coromandel Peninsula, have recently been introduced to hunting after 35 years of being an avid fisherman.
Started with dogs and knives chasing pigs which has now morphed into stalking goats and deer after telling myself I would never own a firearm.
Took my first deer last year in spring, a nice eating Sika Yearling from inside 15 meters which was significantly more exciting to me than catching my first marlin. Full body shakes and heart trying to pump out of my chest.

Looking forward to many more up close and personal encounters with those tasty suckers.
