    Intro

    Hi all, I've been sitting on the sidelines and have enjoyed multiple threads and browsing the buy, sell & swap pages for some time and thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Scott, 32 and I live out at Port Waikato where I do a bit of hunting locally and also enjoy getting out for an "away" trip a couple of times a year. I grew up locally on a farm with plenty of bush and was fortunate enough to have spent plenty of time outdoors from a young age, encouraged by my awesome father. I currently use a sako 7mm08, and am currently in the process of resurrecting my old 303 just for nostalgia sake. Thanks for the insight and entertainment so far and hope to meet some of you out there doing it. Cheers

    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
    Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
    Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
    Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
    Rule 5: Check your firing zone
    Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
    Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms
