    Ive got a burning question

Hi all, long time watcher, finally registered.
Hope this isn't inaprops (inappropriate), but I've got a registration question.
I'm trying to register a STIRLING MODEL 20,however the only option that is available for Stirling .22 is the 110, 14 & 14P (all bolt actions). Does anyone know anyone who's registered a model 20? Looking at Google (and the NZ Hunting and Shooting Forums) they're a dime a dozen?
PS: I've got a bunch of projects, adventures and questions so am looking forward to being able to contribute over time.
    Cheers
    Baudie

Ring them. At a guess, the 20p has a 15 round mag as standard. So now a restricted weapon if not modified to 10 rounds. Which is possibly why it's not easy to find on their site. Perhaps look in the restricted firearm section? Probably just best to ring and make sure you have evidence/ proof of the compliant modification. Unless you have the correct endorsement?

Yup sounds like in their quest to know exactly what every single firearm everyone has they have made it a tad over complicated
Should've been make, action serial number and calibre.
    Never mind

Call them. I registered mine recently as the exact models of my TOZ .22 and Tikka T3X model weren't listed. The 0800 was answered quickly (no queue) and call was 5 minutes max. Easy. I was surprised after reading comments on this site. Still don't really like the idea of a central register that could get hacked but got to say registering was easy via phone
