Will the HAKA help you buy it??????:wtfsmilie:
u gona have to no more than one to get the gun i reakn
I think the appropriate documentation would be of more benefit...
GOod question about the visitors license, weird idea about the title
Maybe the haka comment was just to try and solidify your support for the all blacks as the superior team:thumbsup:
I think the intent of the VFL http://www.police.govt.nz/service/fi..._to_import.pdf is clearly to cover visitors who bring firearms with them to the port of entry. It's not intended to be used as a Firearms Licence without the holder having brought in any firearms. I think you'll find you cannot effectively buy and sell a firearm with such a Licence during your stay, but you should contact the NZ Police to be sure.
Ray.
If you bring your UK firearms licence with you, you will be able to obtain a NZ Visitors licence and permit to import firearms. With this you will be able to buy a firearm but will need special endorsements for target pistols and military style semi's. You will have to satisfy the police that you have somewhere secure to store it when not in use.
Matt.
Yeah but dose he want to learn the haka:cool:
Hello
I might learn the haka
.I definitely want an M305 though, anyone got one?
I dont know the first lot of words or the middle but at the end you go BLAH and poke your tongue out.

sounds right. just hmm along with people singing.
Marky welcome to the forum. Best you head straight to the South Island if you are a mini bus driver. There is plenty of stunning looking scenery to show the tourists down there.
You wont like the Hawks bay best you try the Sth island its more like home for you!.
Got to go where the mrs' job is mate.It was HB or Auckland, she got the HB job.We want to have a good look around though
You could go for one of these and be sure of quality Springfield Armory SocomII 308 LightWeight Package | Trade Me
or one of these and cross your fingers you got a good one Gun City Firearms Dealer | Paintball | Firearm Accessories | Hunting and Ammunition
Got to be worth a punt.Is Guncity as bad as it is sounds on the internet?
I think that their ammo prices are good.
49 days!
I love the see through banknotes, they're a new one on me
Ja the polymer banknotes are great, if you forget them in your pants / shirt pocket, they can safely go through the wash and be reused. If they get a faint tear in them though, they tend to rip quite easily.
No good for money laundering...
Yes, I've a M305 (synthetic) with iron sights. I found inserting the little 5 round magazine a little fiddly at first but once you've the hang of it, you'll be sweet. It's very easy to field strip as well.
There are mixed opinions of the main purveyor of these firearms which is Gun City. In my personal experience I've found their staff to not be particularly knowledgeable about the products that they are selling. The M305 is supposed to come with a cleaning kit / combination tool set in the stock and confirmed this over the phone with them prior to collecting it.
Upon arrival, the salesperson said that it didn't come with that (?) but he'd throw in a free sling. OK, great I thought, until I saw that the sling swivel was missing from the handguard which I and another salesman both pointed out, yet he continued to go through the motions thinking that he was somehow going to be able to attach the sling :wtfsmilie:
Long story short, what should have been a 5 minute transaction turned into a 10-15 minute wait while they rectified the sling issue. The rifle itself however is cost-effective, fun to shoot and reasonably accurate.
Can't wait.As you know,no centerfire semi-autos in the UK,regardless of mag capacity.Or cartridge pistols.
