Transparency on the internet isn't always a good thing, and I totally support anybody who wants to remain as opaque as possible. Can post a heap of horror stories about people who were "transparent" on the internet if you like

On topic - it's my name, etc. Not that often that I join a forum right as it's being made, so I figured I should take it while it was available

The family name is it? Well my grandad came from Ireland. Most mail comes to the Dundee Ranch. I are married to @mrs dundee and have two sons @seandundee and @possum trapper

The first time I got called Dundee was on a third form trip on the Central Plateau where we were staying on Mount Ngaurahoe and I caught a possum by hand and cut its head off with the hut axe. Cured the skin and brought it home. Much to the disgust of the female members of the trip. And the old teacher that was on the trip is teaching possum trapper now and tells the same story to the class every year. I met the teacher at parent /teacher interviews it was funny him recalling the moment when this happened.

Next time I was in the Northern Territory in Australia on the billabongs and I spotted more crocs than the guide and the name stuck with me from then till now.

I bloody enjoyed my years in the UK, loved the pub culture, but then again I was living in the country and nowhere near London.
