    Hi Guys,

I'm a Pom and have been in NZ for about 7 months after retiring from the UK military. I'm living near Motueka at the top of the south. I have been hunting deer for about 15 years in the UK, US and Aus, and I'm dead keen on shooting a good bull tahr too. Currently running a .300 Win Mag and a .25-06, but swapping the .25-06 to .284, and have a 7mm Rem Mag build in the wings.

Looking forward to a few yarns on here and to learning from you guys who know the ground and animals much better than I do.

    Cheers

    Welcome Simmo.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

Welcome to the forum @Simmo. I live nearby so we could catch up for a beer some time and plan a tahr hunt.
