    Afternoon all
    Fraser here , mid 50's Canterbury based hunter - just joined today after gleaning some great information form the forms - thanks to those who post - you know who you are :-)

    Interested in trying to sight in a couple of rifles locally. Lake Lyndon is what you expect , over crowded and too popular to spend any real time there

    Shoot 308 and 7MM RM mainly

    Welcome. Mrs Songhurst’s little boy Ryan is a top forum tit pulling member that would give you the shirt off his back and wash it before he hands it to you. He may frown upon your choice of calibre though as he has a preference for the mighty .270.

    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

    @Ryan_Songhurst moved south a long way south. Welcome.

    Don't forget both handloaders and NZDA Canterbury have ranges at McCleans Island, I haven't used either as its just a bit far for me.

    Oh and don't worry about being mid fifties it happens to us all me included.
